Close to the station and pretty quiet. I ended up getting the king room so space was plenty ample for a solo traveler, and I appreciated the extra bed space too. Never had any issues with anything during my stay

It's just a short walk from Kyoto Station, so it's very convenient for sightseeing in Kyoto. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. My only plan was to stay at the hotel just to rest and sleep, so I didn't mind the small size of the room. It's good that they are focusing on being eco-friendly, but summers in Kyoto are hot, so the air conditioning automatically turns off when you leave the room, which was annoying when I came back because the room was so hot.
