"The hotel is clean and pleasant. The only issue i found was the buffet at Rico Rico. The food was just okay but for the price the expectations should be much better. Overall stay was great and I would come back for another stay."

"Fantastic stay. Super clean, super modern, super nice hotel room...the only thing that sucks is the accommodation fee, or whatever it's called for when you check in and there's a stupid fee you have to pay. I already paid for the hotel stay, I shouldn't have to pay even more money for no reason. Luckily I had already heard about that Japanese hotels do that, because if I hadn't heard about it, we wouldve chosen another hotel that doesn't make their paying customers pay a stupid fee on top of the hotel fee."
