We stayed here during our trip to obtain a U.S. visa. The location is perfect — the U.S. Consulate in Krakow is only about a 3-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay: it was comfortable, convenient, and had a pleasant atmosphere. After receiving the wonderful news that our visa was approved, we decided to stay one more night. We were pleasantly surprised that the owners offered us a 10% discount for the additional night. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! We definitely recommend this place ❤️

We have only downgraded the cleanliness to 3 stars because we did find 2 pairs of underpants on the top shelf inside the wardrobe. If they were not there we would have given 4 stars. The apartment we found did suit our needs perfectly, and it was very central, good value for money and responsive staff via the telephone. Yes we would stay there again.

The offering was what I wanted. Some people want services and they should get a hotel. I booked an apartment because I wanted to be left alone, have a kitchen of my own, and feel that the place was my own. It gave me that. The location can't be beat. 5 minutes to the main square. 10 to the castle. 7 to the bus stop where most outings pick you up. Couldn't be better positioned for pedestrian tourism.

We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated, so thank you for that. The apartment is also in a great location, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower area. The apartment also looked somewhat different from the photos shown in the listing, which was a little disappointing. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely unreliable and did not work most of the time. It was the worst internet connection we experienced during our trip, which made it difficult to stay connected when needed.
