Good value for money, great location for Jewish quarter, main square and train station, decor a little tired but a cheap place to stay and everything you need, plenty of hot water, clean room, tea and coffee, fridge, comfy bed and 24 hour front desk. A bit of noise from outside and from other rooms and the corridor but only because it’s an older building. The area outside looks a bit rundown but it really is a good location for exploring an interesting city.

Not happy at all.

Dirty hotel, needs refreshing and painting. H&S is non existent, to many extension leads, cables on staircase. Over 5 days our room has not been clean at all, towels not changed. I was asked to pay on arrival, usually I pay at the end. Overal 2 out of 10.

Room was spacious, breakfast was good and all-in all a value for money! Besides that the hotel is close to a lot of train stops (which in Google Maps it doesn't seem to show). Something which I have to mention is that once I forgot my bag with my wallet in the breakfast area and the reception kindly kept this for me so I really have to thank them! You won't be disappointed.

Yes, it's an older properly. Outside looks are deceiving. We had an extremely comfortable stay, the rooms were warm, shower great, staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is fab! It was what we needed just to rest after days of exploring. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Perfect hotel experience

The location was perfect and central to all the places we wanted to visit. It was clean, tidy and had someone at reception 24/7. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They even helped us print our boarding passes! The room was large and clean. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel which was perfectly located to walk into Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a lovely weekend in the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. One minor detail was the coffee machine a little slow. But did not affect a great stay in a great located hotel.

Great location, in walking distance to Sukiennice, Wawel or even the bus station. Nice and helpful staff, great facilities (air conditioning). Even in the hotel there were many guests, it was very quiet and peaceful. I would say it’s a high standard hotel and worth the price. I would definitely recommend it

It was an old building with a history. Pleasant staff and comfy, clean rooms. In places needed some TLC but that didn't put us off and we'd stay there again. The only problem was my elderly mother struggled with all the stairs.

We loved the cleanliness and the quite location. The staff where amazing! If there is one negative the street outside is a little run down but don’t be put off it’s in a great location with easy access to Jewish quarter and old town

This is an old building that has retained it's charm following it becoming an Aparthotel. If you are looking for shiny and new then stay in a chain hotel. If you are looking for historical character then this is the place for you, it's a beautiful old building with lovely staff who are very helpful. The street it's on may look a bit run down but so what, you're in historical Krakow and it's still cleaner than any street in Manchester!! I would recommend this hotel without question, there are a lot of steps and no lift but that is the only thing I would say needs consideration before booking
