Didn't have the breakfast. Had one evening meal but there was only extremely expensive wines so we didn't return, shame really. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Maid was fantastic, we were in 427 and the room was always pristine when we returned. Shower was lovely and had a shelf in! (why do so many hotels not have a shelf in the shower?!) Hotel location was very good for us. We arrived by train and its a 6 minute walk. We went on two tours (Auschwitz and Salt mine)and the hotel was a default pick up point for them both. Close to Old town, bit further for castle and Jewish quarter.

Our stay here was very short, as we had a very early train to catch (the hotel is across the street from the station). We were impressed. They gave us a room upgrade and the hotel was quite stylish. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the location wouldnt be my first preference when staying in Krakow and i didnt have enough time to check amenities, breakfast, etc.

The staff at the hotel were excellent! The front desk staff in particular went above and beyond assisting me in changing my room between a group tour and separate reservation, and then again when I extended my stay by one day. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Krakow.

I booked a 4 night stay here based on the location and reviews and we had the best experience ever. Location was excellent as it is right across the street from a huge mall and the main train station (airport train coming in was under 20mins). Room was clean and modern, and the beds were firm and fresh. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great. Wifi worked very well. Not a lot of English channels on TV but we didn’t have much time for TV anyhow. The front desk staff were amazing; super friendly and helpful. When we checked out we were given a Polish pretzel as a souvenir. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Krakow. 10/10

Excellent property. We were concerned about the noise being in such a busy area but it was not an issue. Staff was amazingly courteous & helpful. Transportation was excellent! Close to the main station, a mall & pick/up point for tours. Will definitely return!
