The manager helped us with such warmth and professionalism (when we mistakenly brought a pet to the location!)- we also celebrated a birthday there and they took care of bringing a cake etc. basically there was no request that they couldn’t meet. We had booked three rooms, and everyone was very happy with the 4 nights we spent there. Florina is such a great location to go explore northern Greece- don’t miss out on Prespes lakes! And highly recommend the Lynx!"
