Ajisai Onsen Ryokan - Award Winning Private Open Air Onsen Hakone
I stayed here with my sisters and we had the best time ever. Every meal was prepared with great care and details, and delicious. Outdoor spa in snow was fantastic. And more than anything their staff members were unforgettably friendly and kind. We want to visit again soon for sure.

Staff is very attentive however there is very little options for dining and no transport after 630pm with no options for taxi / I was also disappointed that we were not allowed in the onsen areas due to very small tattoos however we were stilled charged the “bath fee” for resort without being allowed ...
