Great Stay in Poipu – Minor Improvements Needed
We had a wonderful stay at this property in Poipu. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The pool area was excellent, and the location is a major highlight—just a short and easy walk to Poipu Beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Another nice feature is that, for an additional fee, guests can access the tennis and pickleball courts, and equipment rentals are available, which is very convenient.
The only downside during our stay was the quality of the bed linens in the master bedroom. The sheets were noticeably worn, with pilling, and not very comfortable for sleeping. There were also no extra sheets available, which would have been helpful.
Additionally, there was some early morning noise coming from the penthouse unit (3rd floor), starting around 5:30 a.m. It sounded like furniture being moved and frequent footsteps, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Hopefully, this could be improved in the future, perhaps with better soundproofing or carpeting.
Overall, the apartment itself is excellent, and we would definitely recommend it. With a few small improvements, this property could offer an even better guest experience.
