Lovely stay for a family! We will come back

We had such a lovely time here! We had requested a crib and they not only brought one and set it up really nicely, they also brought wipes and diapers and a diaper pail for us to use, which was all unexpected and so helpful. Our 15-month old slept really well in the crib. The room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed and the service was so thoughtful and nice at every turn. We also loved the hotel breakfast - everything was delicious, highly recommend the French toast and the sesame doughnuts.

The hotel was located in a quiet part of the city closer to the sea but walkable to the more busier sunset-dori area in Kobe. The hotel was stylish and unique which contributed to our enjoyable stay. From the clean and comfy rooms to the enjoyable breakfast on the top floor with a view we were always greeted by polite and welcoming staff. The underground car parking for guests was a bonus and very convenient. I also advised the hotel my wife was pregnant to provide non slip bathroom mats and they went one step further by providing a pregnancy pillow! Would def come back and stay here again. Thank you to the entire team at the Oriental hotel!
