付近のゴミが・・・

ホテルの雰囲気など神戸にあっているとおもいます。ただ入口向かいの駐車場や、近くの駐車場にタバコの吸い殻のゴミなどが沢山落ちていたのはがっかりでした。ホテルの管理外のゴミであることはわかりますが、ガッカリの程度はマックスです。

Hotel Monterey Kobe was an amazing experience. The staff were attentive and kind, and the facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The concierge helped us make reservations at restaurants and local attractions. The onsen was an excellent amenity and very well maintained as well. This hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Kobe and the Osaka area.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Place seems a little old and outdated. We walked into the room and there was a strange smell, wasn’t awful but just smelt off. Bedding felt the same. The onsen/sauna room was very nice however. The shower head we had in our room either had so much pressure it hurt, or had another setting that felt like a mist that was barely cleaning me. Was a decent hotel, but personally if I was going to Kobe again I wouldn’t stay here.
