Friendly and polite staff at the reception. The hotel was close from subway and train stations and excellent access to places for sightseeing. The room was a bit small but very clean and safe. Great hotel for a budget traveller.

今回素泊まりでの利用でしたが、カド部屋にあたってしまい大失敗です。 カド部屋は結露などが酷く、部屋の壁はあちらこちらでカビが発生していて、部屋に入った瞬間からカビ臭く、長期滞在には絶対不向きです。 もし連泊をされる場合はカド部屋は避けてもらうとよいでしょう。

出張で寝る分には問題なし

出張で利用しました。 23：00過ぎにチェックインになってしまいましたが、スムーズにチェックインさせていただきました。 ライトや浴室など古いですが、特に困ることはありません。 古いとはいえシャワーの温度調整も、水の蛇口と湯の蛇口を捻って調整というレトロな方式ではなく、温度を決めたらちゃんと湯がでます。 シーツも汚れや匂いもなく、清潔でした。 シャワーを浴びて眠る分には何の問題もなく過ごせます。 チェックアウトも非常にスムーズでした。 土曜夜の宿泊となると神戸市内のホテルはどこもなかなか値がはるなか、ここならお値段も妥当だと思いました。
