The room was ok. The area surrounding the hotel was not safe. Staff were nice and accommodating. The swimming pool was kind of gross. Breakfast was OK. Very small area. The hotel was loud it was accommodating a basketball tournament. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The property is a little run down. There was mold in the shower area, the toilet handle was faulty, we were missing a plate in the microwave, some of the TV channels didn’t work, and the pillows were pretty normal "bad" hotel pillows. The breakfast was pretty minimal, so if you're staying more than one night it gets boring pretty quickly. Staff were all very friendly.

The room and the buildings were very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffett has several options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Knoxville.

Decent stay, quiet and we got good sleep for our stay. My only complaints are the breakfasts could have maybe a little more and the elevator smelled musty and was really slow. Other than that, good price and it was a good stay.
