Holiday "just before Sylt"
Our house (semi-detached house) is located in the small village Klanxbüll in Nordfriesland. Our cottage sleeps 6 (+1 baby / toddler travel cot available).
The sleeping spaces are distributed over 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe. The other bedrooms are upstairs. 1 bedroom with double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m and walk-in closet. The 3. Bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Upstairs is a bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink. The ground floor is the beautiful open kitchen / living area with exit to the terrace. The fitted kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. In the room you will find a comfortable couch and a TV. On the ground floor is a bathroom with barrier-free shower, toilet and sink.
In front of the house is a carport.
In Klanxbüll you will find a small businessman, a baker, a restaurant, a doctor and the train station.
Klanxbüll is the last train station on the mainland in front of the beautiful North Sea island of Sylt. In the information center Klanxbüll you can inquire about excursion destinations in our region and / or rent a bicycle.
From Dagebüll (about 20 km) you can take the ferry to Föhr or Amrum.
Visit the famous Nolde Museum in neighboring Seebüll.
A trip to neighboring Denmark is also not far (about 10 km).

Perfekt von A bis Z
Das Haus ist traumhaft schön, Bäcker war fußläufig erreichbar in wenigen Minuten sowie der Bahnhof nach Sylt. Von Klanxbüll fährst du nur wenige Autominuten nach Dagebüll von wo du nach Amrum und Föhr mit der Fähre übersetzten kannst. Traumhafte Gegend zum Erholen

Familie
Schönes grosses sauberes Haus , eine ruhige Gegend. Auf Sylt kann man mit der Bahn fahren.Zum Einkaufen kann man laufen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Ferien vor Sytl
Das Ferienhaus ist in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof. In 25 Minuten kann man Problemlos die Insel erreichen. Was uns die Möglichkeit gab, die Insel zu besuchen, wenn wir es wollten. Wir waren sehr froh darüber, nicht auf der Touristen geladenen Insel zu wohnen.
Das Ferienhaus war perfekt gesäubert. Unsere Tochter die unter einer starken Milbenallergie leidet, war Symptomfrei. Das Haus war super ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir bedanken uns Herzlich!

Ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Freundeskreis hier verbracht (3 Paare). Die unterschiedlichen Schlafzimmer haben wir per Los verteilt.
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, haben nichts vermisst und hatten einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Sylt, Föhr, Hooge und Dänemark. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Nordfriesland
Das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die Inseln Sylt, Amrum oder Föhr. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Familien Urlaub in Nord Friesland
Tolles Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, es fehlte an nichts. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche gehörten zur Ausstattung. Garten mit Rasenfläche und Terrasse, die mit Gartenstühlen, Gartentisch, Gartenschirm und Grill ausgestattet ist. Das Auto kann man unter einen Carport parken, davor passt auf den Vorplatz auch ein weiteres Fahrzeug. An den Carport grenzt ein Schuppen in den man zum Beispiel seine Fahrräder abstellen kann, oder man benutzt die Räder vor Ort. Nette Vermieter die direkt nebenan in der Doppelhaushälfte wohnen.
Klanxbüll ist ein kleiner Ort in dem man einen Kaufladen, Bäckerei, Italienisches und deutsches Restaurant vorfindet. Von Klanxbüll aus kann man in ca. 30 Minuten mit der Bahn die Insel Sylt alle 30 Minuten erreichen.
Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an die Nordsee Küste, zu den Inseln und Halligen sowie nach Dänemark. Zu empfehlen ist die Dänische Insel Römö und der kleine Ort Tonder. Husum ist zu empfehlen wenn man schön Shoppen gehen möchte. Rundum ein gelungener, schöner Urlaub.

Urlaub in Klanxbüll
Wie sind Mitte Juli 2023 als Familie mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 9 und 12 Jahren nach Klanxbüll angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos und persönlich. Die renovierte Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche top ausgestattet.
Der Ort Klanxbüll kann sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung genutzt werden. Wie z.B. Sylt mit dem Zug, Insel Föhr von Dagebüll mit der Fähre oder ins nahe Dänemark. Klanxbüll selber hat keinen Strandzugang. Auch nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit einer Fereinwohnung an diesem Standort muss einem bewußt sein, dass man immer fahren muss. Egal ob mit Auto, Bahn oder Fahrrad.
Der Ort selber verfügt über einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen für den täglichen Bedarf. Einen Bäcker und einen Italiener.
Das Wetter Mitte Juli war leider mehr als durchwachsen und stürmisch. Kein schönes Sommerwetter, was die Stimmung etwas getrübt hat. Aber dafür kann ja keiner etwas. Sommerurlaub im Norden ist halt immer mit Risiko verbunden.

Heimeliges, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort
Wir haben als Großfamilie (Eltern + 6 Kinder zwischen 1 und 13) eine Woche Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Klanxbüll kurz vor Sylt verbracht. Basierend auf den sehr guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden und können uns der Begeisterung nur anschließen.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und gelöst.
Für die Kinderwägen gibt es ein abschließbares Carport, was für uns außerordentlich praktisch war. Im und um das Haus mangelte es uns an nichts:
Alle Betten bei Ankunft frisch bezogen, Baby-Reisebett und Rausfallschutz für die kleineren Kinder, Garten-Spielzeug (Ball, Federball) für die größeren. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, saubere, gepflegte Bäder, Waschmaschine, TV, WiFi und im Zweifelsfall die netten Vermieter nebenan (die uns z. B. mit Waschmittel aushalfen und auch den Kinderlärm allzeit geduldig ertrugen).
Da wir ohne Auto angereist sind, war die Nähe zum Bahnhof ein ganz großer Pluspunkt: Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg und schon war man da und konnte mit dem alle 30-60 Minuten fahrenden RE zu verschiedensten Ausflügen aufbrechen (natürlich Sylt, aber auch Husum oder andere Städte). Ein kleiner Supermarkt, der Bäcker, eine Pizzeria und ein schöner Spielplatz waren weitere Anlaufstellen vor Ort, die uns den Urlaub mit vielen Kindern absolut vereinfachten.
Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit noch einmal hier urlauben.
