The temperature in the room was uncomfortably high. We tried to turn down the thermostat with no effect whatsoever. We ended up opening windows. The suite was not overly clean. The rug in the living area had debris (popcorn) on it. There was hair in the bathroom sink and a lot of hair beneath the bed and headboard. Though the linens were nice, the bed mattress itself was of poor quality. I have back issues and had a horrible nights sleep due to the mattress. There is room for a king mattress and would recommend upgrading. The TV does not receive network channels. So we could not watch prime time sporting events as we had hoped. A basic channel lineup would be a welcome addition. The property is in an ideal location and includes many nice features. Unfortunately the above feedback would prevent us from returning.

Very disappointing experience. Was given a room with the incorrect specs that we had booked for - two twins instead of a queen. There wasn’t hot water and communication with The Laundry rooms was very poor on an ETA or fix checked out early the next morning as we require access to showers when traveling especially for business. Won’t stay again.
