Very disappointing experience. Was given a room with the incorrect specs that we had booked for - two twins instead of a queen. There wasn’t hot water and communication with The Laundry rooms was very poor on an ETA or fix checked out early the next morning as we require access to showers when traveling especially for business. Won’t stay again.

If you are looking for a kitchen and convenient location, this is a great choice. Walkable to parks, excellent food options, cute coffee shops and shopping. Also close to the universities.
