Beautifully decorated, stately elegant home for a relaxing time in historic Kingston. Great location for walking to shops/restaurants on Princess Avenue. Would prefer the dispensers to be less FORCEFUL, as the lovely Wellington Soap products are all quite viscous. Gorgeous 4poster bed in McKay Suite. See you again, when the garden is blooming!

Beautiful property; we were in the MacKay room and enjoy the spacious room, delicious breakfast and the staff are wonderful. We left our car parked and walked to everything. Dining choices abound. I would recommend this to adults and save time to relax on the porch.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this daringly restored magnificent Victorian heritage property. Staff were attentive and friendly. They left clear instructions and keys for my late check in and even packed delicious homemade scones as I left before breakfast service on my last day. The breakfast of either grilled portobello mushroom on toast with poached egg and pesto or fresh fruit crepe was scrumptious. Being Queens alumni, I appreciated the significance of staying in the Bader room. The four poster bed was very comfortable with an assortment of pillows. Custom Secret Garden toiletries manufactured in Kingston were luxurious. Being an avid gardener, I enjoyed the well kept gardens immensely. It was so nice to relax at the end of the day by the koi pond or on the porch swing. I would highly recommend this gem and will stay again. Many thanks to the owner Jason who even contacted me to ensure my stay was perfect.

This is lovely BnB. The air conditioning is regulated centrally for the rooms. Ours at the top of the house was quite hot and we had to ask them to put the heat down. Would have appreciated if this was pointed out to us. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Cute bed and breakfast. Food was good. Friendly and helpful staff The bed was far too high! I literally had to put my foot on the bed rails and jump into bed! If I was older or had bad knees or hips I never would have been able to get into the bed. There was a small stair but not enough room on my side of the bed to put it there and it was a tripping hazard in the middle of the night Also, Covid is over! Time to tidy the rooms and fresh towels!
