Have stayed in this hotel many times before, this was our first stay post the renovation. The bed was extremely comfy and the linens are great - very nice sheets and towels. The shower was a bit disappointing for a brand new reno. The drain got clogged just from use (not hair, etc.) and the shower would start to fill up and was always worried it would overflow. The shower also doesn’t get very hot. It was just hot enough to shower but had to have it turned all the way up. However staff were wonderful and we will definitely return.

This hotel was just renovated and it is beautiful!!! On top of the staff is amazing!! Everyone was very welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay! Will stay here next time when I’m in town.

Everyone was very friendly, the location is ideal and close to many restaurants within walking distance. We didn't try the Academy restaurant, but it looked inviting and the menu also looked good. Would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's a completely new hotel inside. The room was large, spacious and beautifully decorated. There are great hotels in the area, but I know this was the best decision after spending that night here. Chloe at the front desk was very pleasant and made the check-in go as smoothly as possible. My only concern was the weather-stripping on the hotel room door. They went for a seamless transition from hallway to room, but I felt there should be more sealing on the door for when it's closed. It allowed noticeable light and hallway noise in the room. The door is down a small alcove, so it wasn't intrusive during sleeping.

Best hotel in downtown Kingston!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were very attentive and we enjoyed the Club membership and the location being so close to Market Square in Kingston. It is a beautiful hotel and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely go back again!!
