Large gap in the door, it didn't lock properly. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were falling off the wall. Barn door for a washroom, not good. Latch on the sliding door looked home made and the sliding door had gaps. The hotel room door appeared as though someone had pryed it open in the past.

The staff were polite but the room we had at the back lower level was very musty and damp, so much so that our door would stick. We informed the clerk upon check out and they apologized, but I think they should check for mold.

The room was nice but it was easy to hear people talking and walking along the aisles. Also, our door kept vibrating when people would go pass out shut their own doors.

Television did not work. Staff could not repair. Staff did not offer to move me to a new room. Shower was built for someone with disabilities. Not well suited for me, a taller person. No one was at the front desk when I went to check out. Waited for a few minutes, but no one showed up. Others were waiting as well.
