Excellent accommodation, no complaints. But we were surprised they charged a fee of $6 to park in their large open parking lot beside the hotel! It was in the outskirts of Kingston so there was no reason to be concerned about parking, like they would be in a downtown hotel.

For the room, bec the bed is too high, my wife is PWD and were requesting a thin mattress to change the thick one but they dont have available. So my wife sleep in the sofa for 2 nights. Good thing there is sofa in our room. Anything else are good.

The check in was terrible. The agent was pleasant. - but ended up charging me 3 x $50 holds on the room on 2 different credit cards. She initially said my first card did not go through so charged the room and a $50 to a second credit card. Then charged another $50 to the first credit card. When I got home and checked - the first card has 2 x $50 charges and the second 1 X $50 charge. I do not have an issue with a charge and I know it will be released. I am concerned that all 3 charges will not be released. The agent who I dealt with in the morning was very helpful but was first unable to print or email my folio because it had been marked confidential. He did get me a copy before he went off shift. He was very helpful. The rest of the stay was great - comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice breakfast - lovely staff in the breakfast room.
