Great rooms, decent breakfast, they are a bit understaffed both at the front desk and dining area. One evening I was unable to get anyone on the phones to get room service, I was having a terrible headache and needed to get food I called for almost an hour, no one picked up at the restaurant. I ended up having to walk to the center to obtain food on the road. For dining breakfast, good luck getting a server to set your table immediately as you sit down. It took us quite a long time on two occasions to get any attention from a server. One of the servers said they were understaffed. The daily cleaning is great. Your rooms will be well maintained if you opt for that service.

The carpet smells it needs to be removed or Steamed it makes the room smells like mole. Due to this I don’t think that room was worth the money I paid for it. Other than that the service was ok.

It took a while to locate a bellman to assist with luggage. I got a room where we had to climb some flights of stairs to get to it, however, this was challenging because of my luggage. The room did not have a mini fridge so an item I brought which needed refridgeration was spoilt..

I had way to many problems here! 1) my reservation said that I would get a king size bed. Instead I received 2 fulls and was told that I would get a room change the following day. That didn’t happen. 2) when I went downstairs to inquire about the bed size, I realized they checked me into the wrong room. I had to go upstairs and move my things to a new room. While I was gathering my things, the correct guest that was assigned to the room was making multiple attempts to open the door. This is a huge mistake!! 3) the following night, my toilet overflowed at 12am and there was a flood in my bathroom. I called the front desk and was told that they would send someone upstairs right away. By 2am, no one showed up so I went to the front desk. How long am I supposed to wait for this? They switched me to another room again by 2:15am. 3) the next morning, the new issue was my TV remote was not working. Once again I called the front desk and was told someone was on their way up. After waiting for 2 hours, I went downstairs again and this time completely out of patience. The customer service is appalling at this hotel. 4) the night before I left, I called at midnight to request a 5:20am wake-up call. Of course it didn’t happen but at this point I knew better than to rely on anyone in this establishment to actually do their job. When I was checking out, the explanation I received was the automated system is not working. I most definitely will not be staying here again.

The property was well kept, breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. However, there was no elevator where my room was located. hotel hospitality could be improved, no complimentary water and I thought the room I booked had a refrigerator/microwave
