The staff were very welcoming and always tries their best to suit our needs and wants, although they dropped the ball on our 1st party who checked in at an earlier dates as their room ac was broken up till their last days staying their. When we asked to move our parties into close proximity as 1 party was on the 1st floor and the 2nd party on the 3rd floor the staff tried their best to no avail. But all in all the stay was ok, the pool needed a make over cleaning as the chlorine was supper saturated in both the hot Jacuzzi and the pool itself. Also, we were not aware that the smoke of pot out in the open was legal in the state as a lot of pot smokers were congregating in the pool side area to burn out.

The hotel was basic for its standard model, when I checked in on Saturday the 18th of Feb our party was placed in separate floors at different ends of the hotel, we requested if possible for connecting rooms or closer proximity. We were told they would get back to us and never did. Our 1st room checked in on the 15th of Feb and by the 2nd night the ac was down after 1st night checking in and when requesting to move them to another room we was told that the hotel was sold out and they could not move us. The pool was filthy and the chlorine was super concentrated as you can smell it before you even get in. Also we were not sure about smoking pot and marijuana on the property as there were multiple occassions we ran into individuals smoking it by the poolsode, in the parkinglot, by the loft verandas, just all over the place. The check in agents were super friendly and nice, they were accommodating as best because when both our groups checked in we were checking in past mid night hrs.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
