The front desk. People were very respectful and pleasant. The cleaning service was very good nice people. The property outside was clean. The parking lot was awesome. Lots of lights there’s cameras everywhere. The inside of the rooms were awesome just freshly remodeled and for the price, it is a win-win

It was a very pleasant day. There’s not too many places in the vicinity with a great price. The property was very clean. Their rooms were remodeled and in great condition it was in a great location for my job. If I’m back in the area, I will definitely come back again

The parking area appears safe and is well-lit. The staff are very kind and welcoming. The room was recently renovated and is in good condition. While there are few shops nearby, a shopping center—including Walmart, Ross, Dollar Tree, and Aldi—is located just one mile away.

My stay at the Paradise Inn was Spectacular. The rooms are so clean, the beds are so comfortable, nice size television, and the best staff anyone could ask for. Go and see for yourself, you won’t regret it.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the room lacked cleanliness. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and external noise could be heard clearly from inside the room. Additionally, there were bugs present in the room, which significantly impacted the overall experience.

Thar Paradise Inn is the best motel in the city of Montebello by far. This is where you want to be if you want to enjoy yourself. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. I’ve got my room you better get yours. See you there.

Rude Front Desk Woman

The young woman who checked me in was friendly at first, but things quickly changed. When I got to my room, the TV wasn’t working. I went back to the front desk to let her know, but she was very rude and simply told me the manager wasn’t there and that she couldn’t help me. On the second day, I went back to the front desk again, hoping for a solution, but she gave me the exact same response—no manager, no help. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional both times. It was extremely frustrating to feel like no one cared to resolve the issue.
