"Pool was unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Was not notified in advance or we would have stayed somewhere else. Asked for a discount due to pool being unavailable and told not an option "

"Room was not clean, pee odor as soon as I stepped in, the fridge had old food in it which I showed them as soon as I walked in the room. As soon as you entered the hotel, the first thing is the laundry place, the odor was just not pleasant at all. They charged me over $250 a night so I thought I was paying for something nice!!!! They only option they had for me when I told them everything was to give me a credit for next stay. I told them I don’t see myself staying here anymore. I was in town for my son soccer tournament and there was barely any place to stay but we live almost 2hrs away and the game the next day was possible at 8am. Very disappointing!!!! Then they say they can’t give me any credit back on my card because I paid through a third party…I told them it still didn’t make sense to me because i paid more than half of it with my debit card…..I am just speechless….all they said is management said they are sorry there is nothing they can do. I hope your company enjoys my hard earned money! Thanks"

"We were very pleased to find this very well-run and reasonably priced place to stay about 30 minutes from UIUC. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and they even had free water to take. 5 stars!"

"This was our 2nd stay this week. We stayed there on Monday the 13th on our way to Indiana. Breakfast was delicious, staff is very friendly and accommodating, beds are very comfortable. We plan on staying there whenever we go on trips through that route"
