Beautiful view straight out the back. Kids played in the grass ans watched sea turtles. Drinks on the lanai witha perfect view of the sunset. Whats not to love.

There were a few issues. The mechanism for opening some of the windows was broken. This was unfortunate since there is no AC in this unit. The unit could use a deep cleaning, especially the master closet, which smells like mildew. The unit does not have AC, so when planning to go to Maui in the summer, it can be hot in the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Don't stay in this unit unless you know what you're getting into. The biggest problem is that the internet is slower than dial up. We booked this planning to work in the mornings and the internet was so slow you couldn't even consistently load websites. Also, the place is very unclean. There is a persistent and strong mildew smell in the bedroom closet and the couch is gross, my girlfriend wouldn't sit on it. Also, the unit has no AC. They do say this but the problem is that half of the units windows don't open and the screen doors don't have locks. Being on the first floor you can't safely leave the screen and curtains open for airflow. We had 4 fans running in the bedroom and were still very uncomfortable. After two nights here we had to cut our stay short, we were supposed to stay for 8. On the positive side the property management company was very helpful and responsive. They tried to fix the internet issue and to offer up alternative places to stay. In the end refunding the remaining nights was the best way forward and the management company was quick and helpful with that as well.
