This condo location was awesome. My husband and I rented this unit with the intention of not renting a car and just being beach/pool bums for a week. This couldn’t have been a better location for that. It’s right behind many restaurants and a small local health food store. ABC store is right around the corner. Everything was walkable and Kam 1 beach is right across the street. The unit itself had basically everything you needed. Many nice owner touches here. We did have to rent a beach umbrella, but that was just right at the bottom of the condo. The kitchen was really well stocked and organized! Great place if you’re looking to do a lot of your own cooking. The lanai is really comfortable with both a dining and lounge set. The view was beautiful. Also the street noise was basically non-existent. The bedroom does not have AC, but it does have a ceiling fan as well as additional fans available. The pool area is a quiet zone and they ask for no splashing/pool toys; only floating devices are allowed. I would want to know this ahead of time if I had planned on taking my small kiddos. Since it was just me and my husband, we relished the quiet time at the pool. It was very clean and lovely. Overall I would choose this condo again in a heart beat.
