The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, blender, microwave, coffee grinder, cookware, a 12 cup coffee maker, teapot, bagel size toaster, and a gas oven/range; there is even a hairdryer in the bathroom, Our activity closet has 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, and 2 ice-coolers (hard & soft case). Please bring your own personal toiletries (sunscreen, shampoo, soaps, etc…) or you can also also pickup travel size ones at a nearby store. Just a friendly note: as our condo is surrounded by Maui’s beautiful tropical landscaping, you may occasionally spot a small native island bug or insect that has wandered indoors. If views are important to you, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s just steps away from the beach, and the office staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Everything described online was very accurate, and the property exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back.

The view is breathtaking from the balcony. Spent many hours there in the morning and watching the sun set in the evening. Beautiful. I will definitely try to book it again on my next visit.

Our stay was great! The photos were an excellent description of the condo! We didn't really cook anything or need the air conditioner. The night time temperature was cool enough to leave the slider door open. Excellent stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. It has a beautiful view of the ocean with the palm trees in the foreground, just like a postcard. Every evening we were treated to a spectacular sunset. Communication with the owners was top notch. Check in went flawlessly. I highly recommend this condo if you're headed to Maui.

Very clean, comfortable, convenient location, shops and good restaurants in walking distance. Beach was right across the street. Beautiful view of the sunset right from our Lanai. Loved that they had a washer and dryer and A/C. Loved that we had our own assigned parking spot. Suzi was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect in every way.

The unit is amazing. Unfortunately, Kīhei experienced some of the worse rain & flooding in recent memory. This caused some unforeseen glitches in the building as a whole. The unit’s owner was very responsive & cooperative in dealing with the issues that were out of her control. I would definitely stay here again if & when I return to Maui.

Being on the 6th floor you have a perfect view to watch the sunset every night. Location was great. Right across the street from Kam 2 beach and walking distance to several food options and souvenir shops. The condo was a good size for two people. Definitely recommend staying here.
