"Arrived at the hotel on first impression the hotel looked nice. We checked In to be told there’s an additional charge to use the facilities after paying nearly £200 for the room. Our room was on the first floor but had to walk through corridor after corridor which felt never ending. We entered the room to find it completely run down in desperate need of a maintenance and a fresh lick of paint was in desperate need. The bathrooms are extremely old fashioned and again in desperate need of repair. The bed was tiny and the sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable. We went to reception to ask to move to another room they advised there was non available and unable to help they didn’t seem to bothered when we said we wouldn’t be staying the night an would find other accommodation. I then asked for a Refund but was told to contact bookings. Com as they couldn’t offer a refund. Just throughly disappointing in the whole experience we won’t be returning."
