We truly loved our first trip to the Keys. Our room was so comfy, cozy and clean. We loved how secluded the rooms are, But you are in the center or everything. Will stay here again in the future!

Really loved this place! I’d go back anytime. Lovely private, enclosed, landscaped area with multiple units. Outside seating was comfortable. Friendly, helpful maintenance man there to help with tightening my bike seat. The room is spacious, nice as pictured, with large windows covered with 1”Venetian blinds. A/c worked very well, nice and cool. Extra little amenities were present that were not expected. The reason for 4 star rather than 5 is that there is evidence of mold and very high humidity in the air. Recommend dehumidifier and mold remediation around one of the windows. Thank you so much for providing this excellent lodging in Old Town Key West. Great location for biking anywhere on Key West. Denise

We had a spectacular time in a wonderful rental. Everything was perfect. The unit was super clean and i loved the privacy, yet so close to restaurants and shops. We went to the small bar across the street a lot and loved having the small grocery store next door. They had everything we needed.

This is our second time staying with this host, and we will continue to use them when we stay in KW. The location is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The place is always clean and the hosts available for communication. Highly recommend.

Stay away!!!!!After14 hours of driving unpacking in the rain. Spending 60 for street parking. Leaving 1000’s worth of scuba and other gear in the vehicle. Setting alarm to refresh parking to only find out is only good till midnight. Exhausted upset spending 30 minutes to find an overnight parking. Calling property management after several attempts yes exhausted I was a little rude when being told good luck or park several miles away and uber back. After finding a parking spot a few blocks away figured we’d figure it out after some sleep. Then received a very aggressive and abusive phone call from so called owner being accused on speaker phone of being an abusive husband and father if I had any as well as being drunk. Having a slight speck impediment exaggerated when my partial dentures are out. Also not give a chance to explain or apologize and being told to shut up then threatened for him to show up with the police and throw us out. We immediately went online and made other arrangements costing us 1000. We left the next morning not wanting to spend any more time with such an abusive rude property management.

Great Location and cool place.

It was in a great location. Walking distance to Duval St. And all the bars/ fun places. Also had a liquor store/bar right across the street open until 1 am (2 am on Fri and Sat) It was my 1st time in Key West so I was looking to party and have fun. It would be a great spot to bring bring your significant other as well. The owner and/or property management were great. Everything was laid out great with the check in and out process. Highly recommend. Next time I come I will try to stay there if there are any vacancies and spend my whole vacation in Key West instead of half Islamorada. I highly recommend.

Perfect location

This property was exactly what we had hoped for. It was close to the water and trolley stop, which made it very easy to get around and see the sights. The property was clean and nicely landscaped and although we were close to the activities it felt very private and secluded when we were on property.The management staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Street parking on-site was a little pricey (6.00/hr), so we parked at the rental office a few miles away and the staff shuttled us around. It was so easy to call them for a ride no matter where we were.I highly recommend this property if you are looking to spend some quality time in Key West without all the people like you have in a hotel.Another advantage was Ana's cafe which was right next door. They served the best Cuban coffee, breakfast sandwiches and Cuban sandwiches, we actually ate there everyday during our stay.Richard and his staff have it all together and it’s the only place we will stay if in Ket West again. Thank you all.

Anniversary Get Away

We had a lovely time. Our neighbors were nice. It was quiet. The walls are thick because my husband listens to the tv very loudly and the neighbors said they couldn't hear a thing. The washer and dryers worked great! It was wonderful! Even with the quaint little bar across the street playing music, you couldn't hear it once we were in our room. The little market next door had everything we needed. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Space in Key West

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious Key West rental! The location is perfect—close to Duval Street but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some peace and quiet. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was fantastic and very accommodating.One thing to note is that there’s no dedicated parking, but there is street parking nearby and a paid parking lot just two blocks away. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely book again!
