My family (wife, 2 adult children and their significant others) spent a week at Casa de Vino over Christmas. The house was clean, spacious (every couple go their own room with own bathroom) and was a wonderful base for exploring Key West. The kitchen was quite well equipped (need to add corkscrew and potato masher!) and it was nice gathering on the porch. The only disappointment was the community pool. We discovered talking to the property manager that the majority of the units in this complex is owned by people who do not live in the community, but rent out their units. One consequence of this was that the other guests did not care about their behavior. People smoking in the pool area; kids were constantly jumping into the pool despite clear signs everywhere prohibiting it; drunk people screaming into the night. All this was a shame because the house itself was very comfortable.
