What is that smell??

The lobby smells so strongly of vomit that I can't even go to breakfast because I start gagging immediately. Even in the hallways under the overly sweet perfume smell the vommit smell it there. The room isn't horrible, looks like it was updated recently but the towels are old and worn thin.

The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was nice and mostly helpful. Upon check in our tv needed the input fixed and the front desk clerk was quick to come help but when we lost a toy at the pool the same person didn’t check list and found, just told us it wasn’t there. The second person we asked told us they would check and call us but they never called. Upon check out, the front desk person Maria not only checked (it hasn’t been turned in) but when I thanked her and explained why I was trying so hard to make sure it was really lost (my son had owned the toy since she 2 and is currently 13) she apologized that it hasn’t been turned in but caught us before we left and had gone above and beyond and checked the pool filters and found his toy! My son is still ecstatic and so grateful for her extra effort. And so am I.

The evening staff and the Night staff seemed to be extremely nice. Other then that there wasnt much to like. First off we were put in a room that was meant for someone who is disabled. It had a shower chair in it that looked used. The bed in that room looked broken it dipped in in the middle. The neighbors were extreamly loud. The room above us sounded like there were people jumping off and on the beds. The the neighbors next to us blaired their music loudly for hours. We stayed a night in the room. Then we found a bed bug the next morning. This was brought to the staffs attention. We were moved rooms. They said " cant refund because you paid online." But the offered 2000 points. Which was the equivalent to 2 free nights free or something like that. The pool room the pool room seems so unsanitary. The hot tub water was green and smelt off faintly of feet. There was also a bandaid floating in the water. The pool its self was okay. But the water seems gross as well the water was cloudy you couldn't clearly see the bottom. It was visual.. but it was very cloudy. There chairs that are suposed to be used for the disabled where rusted. There was even a spider..

Nice location

Room was great, staff at front desk was great, excellent breakfast service; fitness room wasn't as impressive - water bottle dispenser didn't work - only 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical & 1 recumbent bike - good that they all worked, seemed crowded when all were in use
