My daughter was a scheduled to have her baby on 4/11. We were unable to use the room since the baby was born early and was in icu. We requested a refund(2 days prior to check in) Expedia said that the hotel denied the refund. Considering you are on the hospital website as a participating hotel, I was shocked. I would have thought Hotel Warner to be flexible and more understanding of people in vulnerable situations. I hope they enjoyed my money. Disgraceful taking advantage of people during tough times.

Very nice hotel located in cute town. Everything was great. Only issue is the parking is a half a block away from the hotel so if you have a lot of bags or a disabled person or the weather is bad, you will have to get one able person to go get the car and come back to the hotel etc. Otherwise a fabulous place
