The gym, pool, and spa hours were extremely limited (evening only). However, the staff were friendly and the shuttle was very convenient. I also recommend getting dinner in the airport or at another location. Breakfast was okay.

Clean room and excellent service. Not a lot of amenities close by (there is a convenience store and drugstore in the hotel) but I love staying at this hotel for the ease of access to the airport and the friendly service!

Excellent hotel and very close to the airport with its own shuttle bus. Convenient to arrive late and depart early on a layover. Comfortable room inc a futon. Bar with great views and a varied menu for drinks. Swift and efficient check in and check out.

Staff was friendly and the room/location was as described. A little bummed about having to pay to use the pool and that the pool area only opens at 2pm. We had an evening flight and wanted to spend part of the day letting our kids burn some energy at the pool before we left for a long flight. Was a big part in booking here instead of closer to downtown Narita. Airport shuttle was amazing though. We got dropped off at the station in town and walked to the temple, which ended up being a perfect afternoon.

Shuttle bus, check in and the room cleanliness was great. The let down was having to pay extra to use the pool facilities and as a parent who was only wanting to supervise had to pay the entry free.

Check in was bogged down with several a busses hitting at the same time. The staff di a great job, but management migh want to work out a way to smooth intake.
