One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. 55" Flat screen smart TV in Living Area and 40" Flat screen smart TV in one bedroom. Large Lanai. Located on the 3rd floor (top and vaulted ceiling) and closest to the ocean in the Ocean Front Building of this quiet complex with a swimming pool. Truly Beautiful Spot. It is a legal Hawaiian rental unit (tax #W13809591-01). You will not believe the view from this condo and how close you are to the ocean. Quiet spot except for the sound of the waves...

Balcony view exactly as promised. Nice view of the ocean. That said, my wife and I could enjoy the ocean from within the building through windows or sliding doors. I will be more than happy to stay here again. It's centrally located to other areas of Kauai to explore.

This condo was even better than advertised and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Very well stocked on anything you need for a stay on Kauai. I could not get over the view from this property! Pure Heaven!! The unit was nice and clean, beautifully decorated, in a convenient centralized location, had wonderful amenities and lots of nice extras. The owner had great communication. We coud not have asked for a better stay. I cried when we had to leave, hopefully we'll make it back someday.

A fabulous family vacation

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Amanda was very responsive each time I messaged her, and she gave good advice about where to eat, snorkel, etc. the condo is very comfortable and has a great view of the ocean. It even has a storage unit that has beach chairs, boogie boards, and other supplies. The kitchen is well supplied if you decide to cook a few meals at home. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and will return here when I return to Kauai.
