Week in Paradise

Condo was amazing! Beautiful views, great pool and beach. Easy check-in for late night arrival too. Just a few small issues—Would appreciate knowing the door code change in advance. Some hallway construction was happening and wasn’t cleaned up in a timely manner. Doorway screens need repair, all were difficult to slide. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location

The location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Easy access to fantastic pool (never crowded) with lots of secluded areas to sit and relax. Great kitchen with everything you need to enjoy meals if you don’t want to eat out. Only negative is the living room furniture. With 4 adults there really isn’t a comfortable spot to sit with only 1 chair and the couch (that slopes out toward the room) which leaves someone sitting at the dining table.

Two 50th Anniversaries

Perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are both masters and separated by the common space. The finishes in this condo is extremely nice and high-end. The property is very clean and well kept, pool area, lobby and manicured lawns and landscaping. It was quiet at night and just the right amount of lively during the day. Condo was located perfectly with a sweeping view of the Pacific and yet close to the pool and the Oasis Restaurant. There was ample parking. Overall, we would definitely book this property again.

50th anniversary celebration

Great location and wonderful staff. Love the oasis restaurant. A402 could use an updated bed in one bedroom and a couch that is more comfortable. Appears the rust is a big issue on the lanais. This condo is absolutely the best location and we were able to watch the whales from the lanai. The pool is close but not so that noise is an issue. Overall a great condo and beautiful grounds. Pool is so much fun with adult spas and two slides. Would come back for sure.

Lovely mid-way stay from North and South Kauai

The location of the property is great if you plan to split your time between South and North Kauai. Kapa'a is within walking distance for shopping or restaurants. This unit is very clean and all is as advertised. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is reasonably stocked, though you will have to buy all cooking supplies (no salt, sugar, etc.). The beach is lovely. Bring binoculars if whale watching is your thing! We saw breaches and whales spouts nearly every day we were there. A monk seal even came up onto the beach on our last day there. One small note - it's very windy on the east side of the island. We're used to the Hawaiian trade winds, and these winds were the strongest we've been in by far. The pool was great, but we didn't stay in it long because it's quite cold when it's overcast or rainy due to the wind. The restaurant on premises is great - likely the best one in the local area. All in all, I would recommend this resort whole heartedly for those wanting to split time in various locations, who also want a very comfortable place on the beach to call home while exploring! NOTE: when we got on property our code would not work to get in, and it wasn't addressed until the next day by the vacation rental property. It may be helpful to know that the security guards are very helpful and can help address these situations quickly! As a previous review stated, there is no concierge and everything gets very quiet around 6pm - no reception, registration, etc. That being said, the security guards were easy to find, and very helpful!

This is our third time at this resort first time in this condo, view was great condo was very clean.

Only complaint was the the king bed on the right side of condo needs a new mattress, it was uncomfortable, my husband spent most nights on the couch

Beautiful Views

Lovely condo for 2 couples. Comfortable, private bedrooms with bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. But the highlights are the ocean views. Whales spouting, seals basking in the beach.... just wonderful.

Unit A402 is beautiful, woke up every morning watched sunrise from bedroom. Loved location being half way to north or south shores. This was the best unit in the resort in our opinion. Owner was friendly & responsive.

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to come back to Kauai and A207 for the month of July again this year and it didn't disappoint! The unit is beautiful and in great condition. The exteriors of the development is probably due for painting (quite a bit of peeling), but I am guessing that is normal for Hawaii given the humidity. The only negative would be the construction noise from the development next door, which began every weekday at 7:15 am. I know they will be done eventually and the units look lovely, but the noise was pretty disruptive for sleeping in (no way to keep windows open for a breeze). We will definitely be back next year!

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was fantastic, and was as expected. Nice big clean rooms, big bathrooms, kitchen, and patios. Very well furnished and upscale. The location was great - easy access to both sides of the island, as well as close to many other attractions. There were two issues to note - both of which I was aware of prior to making my reservations: - The air conditioning was quirky. I had read reviews from earlier visitors saying that it would not turn on. During our first day's stay, it would not turn off and the house got very cold. It somehow turned off at night and never turned on again, so the rest of the stay was warmer than we would have liked. It will help for the management to address this issue. - The unit has an ocean view, but also looks directly into the neighboring apartment complex. There were noisy small parties quite close to our condo - not a huge deal, but still would have been nice to avoid.

Reviewer Comments: It was great dealing with Kauai exclusive management.They absolutely saved us when we had to vacate our self rented vrbo at the islander in Kapaa due to horrible roach and ants and fighting neighbors.We neede a last minute place and Sherry and Josh totally took great care of us and made sure we were well looked after.Stayed in A207 and it was fabulous along with a great price.Unit was spotless very well equipped and view the best!!!Only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was the A/C unit would not work.Though maintenance was there 2-3 times.Who doesn't want to have that fresh ocean air though,and sounds of the surf!
