It was a disgustingly filthy dirty site. Th bed linens were stained and dirty. The towels and chair were stained. The bathroom sink had a black ring around it. No one should stay at that hotel - ever!

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and I accidentally booked it again by mistake!! We were in the same room as the last time, next to the elevator. Only had one towel and washcloth for two occupants. Left to go see family and when we returned housekeeping had cleaned our room and left again only one towel and washcloth for two occupants. Had to go to the front desk on both occasions to get extra towel and washcloth. Informed front desk I would have put a sign out for housekeeping NOT to clean room but there was not a sign. He told me do I need a sign, I told him no because we are leaving tomorrow. The breakfast was AWFUL, gravy was watered down, biscuits were hard. The heat/cool unit ran most of the night. It made it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep due to the fact that it was loud. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

This hotel has went downhill!! Everytime me and my family in town we usually stays here. Oh not anymore unless there's changes. They only serve biscuits and gravy for breakfast toast and bagels and cereal. Toooo many homeless people living there making alot of noise all nights kids and babies crying, alot of people living in cars outside up walking threw out the day and night! The week was paid for or else we would've checked out i know we would've had trouble getting a refund!

To start the staff was what really made the stay the best. The heated pool was a great experience considering its winter. The original booking was a single queen; it was very small (minimum walk space around the bed) with water dripping issues in the bathroom. The staff was understanding that was an issue to which they switched us to a different room. The second room was two queens; it was nice, clean, had a decent amount of space to walk, great pressure in the shower, and was great.
