"The location and general beauty of the hôtel were what we expected. A very nice location and such an interesting and charming property. Things we didn’t love inluded the fact that our room did not have an external window. The only window was a small stained glass window looking on to the mezzanine. The room was therefore very dark and not cheerful. Other issues included a blow dryer that was not useful. It was not hot and was so loud I worried about hearing damage. Also, the shower was tiny and not very clean (there was pink mold as well as black stains in some corners). The staff was lovely and helpful. The price was also very good, so in that sense I would recommend it."

"Lovely, large hotel room, I really liked the decor and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for us. Unsolicited, there was a bottle of wine with a note from the manager in my room as it was my birthday which made me feel very special. I would totally recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is located very close to the train station. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to the old town Pu art of the city. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Checkin at the hotel with Veronica was very enjoyable and easy. She was very nice, helpful and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure."
