"the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. The “French village” is small. Although the rooms were cleaned but bed and furniture are old. Lights in the rooms were dimmed. However, the Aircon and fan were good. Overall, the short stay at the hotel was pleasant."

"Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay."
