Kona Reef Unit A24 is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom oceanfront condo nestled in the heart of Historic Kailua Village. Step into the unit and let the soothing sound of the ocean wash away all your worries and the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The unit has undergone a recent renovation, featuring a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Stay cool with the split AC system, ensuring a comfortable living and sleeping experience in both the living area and bedroom.
In December 2022, we made some exciting improvements to Unit A24. A new sliding glass door was installed, equipped with UV protectant film to shield against the afternoon sun's heat. The door's new hardware makes it easy to open and close. Additionally, a new sleeper sofa was added to the unit, providing extra comfort for guests.

Unit A24 also comes complete with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for our guests' convenience. While some snorkel gear may be left behind by previous guests, please note that we do not provide snorkel equipment. Non-fitting snorkel gear can ruin the fun of snorkeling, so it's best to rent your own equipment during your stay.

Amazing Ocean View

We had a wonderful time and loved this place! Stunning ocean view from the private lanai, pictures don't do it justice! Great for sunsets too. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with lots of amenities. Great location on Ali'l Drive with easy parking and close enough to walk to dinner and shopping in town. We will be back!

The condo itself was clean, well stocked and a perfect view from the balcony. The complex that the condo was located in was somewhat grungy though. Several condos seemed to be undergoing restoration repairs, such as the one next to our unit. Had more of an old apt building vibe than a tropical resort feel.

I highly recommend this wonderful condo for a trip to Kona. Extremely well stocked, clean, and very easy check-in / check-out process. The view is amazing and we especially loved the sunsets. Very quiet and private. Took advantage of all of the great beach equipment- towels, chairs, umbrella, and snorkel equipment. Thank you for a lovely stay. We felt very welcomed by all of the attention to detail. We would love to come back!

Spectacular Ocean View

The view from the balcony exceeded our expectations from the photos shown online. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and furnished with many things we didn’t know we needed (extra towels, kitchens ware) The head of the bed abuts the wall to the courtyard so I wore earplugs to help with noise from other tenants, which was really only an issue on one of the nights of our stay, Overall, we were very impressed with this property and would gladly stay again.

A Perfect Pardise

Kona Reef #24 blessed us with a perfect, beautiful, restful oasis for our 40th anniversary! Which part was the best highlight? .... location was a short walk to old Kona waterfront. Every morning we spent sipping our coffee & watching the surfers & boogie boarders right from our lanai. Every day we used the provided cooler & all the beach and snorkeling gear we could have needed! Every evening was a front row sunset. The beautiful décor was such a treat and as a fan of the Hawaiian honu, we loved every bit of turtle décor and the lovely colors that surrounded us! Great to have all the kitchen amenities and even extra condiments left before us. We were able to get in a bit early and the gracious Tiana even had beautiful Hawaiian beach scenery with music.going on the big screen TV. We didn't use the pool ( Except to cool off one night LOL) or spa but it was immaculently clean and lovely, as well as the spotless barbecue area. With leaving the screen lanai door open and fan, we never needed to use the air conditioning in the living room, but the bedroom has a super-efficient fan and the air conditioner was an appreciated addition. The washer dryer helped out alot as well. Loved the huge wicker basket full of rolled up beach towels! Absolutely everything to make a perfect Hawaiian vacation, so thankful for it all! .
