I had a club room and would like to say that the staff in the club lounge were excellent in particular Alaia who went to find lotus root chips one evening because we had particularly enjoyed them at tea the previous day.

Spacious and near shopping street. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only complaint is that it was hard to control the temperature of the shower head. Also, security wise can tighten as anybody can just go into the lift to go to the hotel levels. Otherwise, highly recommended
