Pre-paid reservation. When we pulled up for check-in, the hotel was closed and clearly under construction. Upon checking into another hotel, we learned that water pipes had burst during the recent storm. Neither hotel itself or Hotels.com are helpful with the matter; both pointing at the other.

Room was clean, equipped with basics. Would have appreciated coffee maker in room; walk to lobby coffee in morning when it’s raining and cold not optimal. No phone in room, but I understood they are upgrading system. Seemed to be plenty of charging outlets.
