"No Air conditioning in the room which is just poor in a 4 star hotel whilst there was only a very small window which can’t be opened properly for safety reasons. The room was like a sauna. Helpfully the thermostat in the room said the temperature was 30 degrees in the room when it mid teens outside. ..."
