Room was clean but could use a little attention (cob webs, some mould in the shower but staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is free for hotel guests. Directly across from hospital.

Didn't stay as our ferry time was changed due to adverse weather. Went to the hotel to let them know of our changes and they were excellent. Even though we didn't stay, our impression of the hotel was extremely favourable. Would not hesitate to book again.

Nice older family run hotel located about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Kilkenny. Friendly and efficient staff and large clean rooms but no fridge. Lift for luggage but not people but no problem as staff operate it for you. The bar is not crowded and great for dinner/ drinks. Dining room is nice and breakfast (additional $) included a good selection of hot and cold options. Location is adjacent to a large hospital but was surprisingly quiet with plenty of parking.

The hotel was and is not prepared for multiple groups or business customers. The menu is basic and they cannot cope with multiple orders. Quality is poor and not satisfactory The price of the stay is extremely expensive comparing to other levels and the service you get I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

We stayed here for four days. The room was lovely, elegant and had ample space. The location is far from the city centre but the bus is easy to use and relatively close. If you like walking it's a nice 25 minute walk but there is not much to do around the hotel aside from the in hotel bar/restaurant. Wifi access was very inconsistent on both our own devices and the tv in the room which made being far from the city centre all the more inconvenient. It was however nice to end out day in a quiet and calm area.

This place was great! I would highly recommend it. Just be aware, as of most of Ireland, no central air during the summer, but other than that it was perfect. So close to Kilkenny. I would stay again. :)
