Service was good room carpet.had stains on floor and couch smelled.like dog urine and.air condition didn't work well. Wall paper was peeling of wall in bathroom and toilet seat came.apart.had to fix it .

The clerk was very pleasant. Room as neat and clean. The building in general needs some maintenance. Carpet shampooed and the ceiling trim in 313 was loose. Just needs some TLC.
