I had a great stay, at your nice hotel. You accommodated, with all my needs. When I had an issue with my keys you brought the new ones, and showed me how to open the door. I have family there so I will be using your hotel every now and again. Thank you for your services, you have a great hotel.

We enjoyed ourself at the hotel. The pool was lovely the outside lake was excellent although I would like to see microwaves inside the rooms to prevent long walks to the lobby to warm something up. Other than that I loved our stay and can't wait to return.

We went in the room and did as we always do and checked the beds, furniture, and walls. We wipe surfaces down. Never saw any issues. Then about 2am I woke up feeling like something was crawling on me and I saw the first bed bug on the wall. We immediately started gathering our things. I called the front desk and told the young man. He offered to move us but no way we were taking that chance. I asked if he wanted to send someone to the room to check so they knew I was being truthful and he told me that he believed me. He asked me to come to the front desk before we left. I took pictures and videos of the one on the wall and one I found in my 6 year anniversary old’s daughter’s bed. At the front desk the young man was very apologetic and told me exactly who to call in the morning about a refund. The operating manager was who I needed to speak to and she told me that maintenance would need to investigate the room to ensure there was in fact a pest problem. Did not hear back for a few hours. Called back and she was on lunch, called again and she didn’t have answers yet. Assured her that I had pictures and videos if she needed them for proof. Called back another hour later and she said they verified there was a pest problem and approved a full refund. Chatted with Expedia and just like every agent I have ever spoken with, she was amazing and quickly called the hotel to confirm they approved the refund and processed it right away.

This was the dirtiest, sketchiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Almost everything in the room was broken from furniture to the bathtub to the ceilings. Bed had bed bugs. The entire building smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke despite the multiple “100% smoke free building” signs posted inside and outside. We all woke up with respiratory coughs. The walls were basically falling apart around the entire facility. The pool was so murky you couldn’t even see through it. Room key stopped working. Fire department was there within the first 20 minutes of us checking in. The list goes on and on. Do not stay here.

Booked Both King suite with balcony and con-Joined Double bed room. Staff were amazing, helpful and FRIENDLY with their customer service it almost feels like a dream. We were always helped immediately. Felt welcomed the entire time has warm towels available which is an added plus to the amazing time me an my family had staying here. Would definitely come back soon. It was convenient the way I needed when feeding multiple teenagers.. directly next to the expressway an close to 10th Street shopping strip. To an from was always a breeze an I came from Louisville..would recommend 1000 times over. Family of Geese was an added plus for my Animal lover Family. We had so much 😊 fun. Loved, loved, loved the indoor pool. . Thanks Radisson.

My rank may be a little lower than most but we stay in close to 30 hotels a year so I have a bit of experience to compare it too We got two rooms and they served the purpose of what we needed. We had two connecting rooms and that made it nice. Everyone seemed nice at the desk. It was maybe a 15 minute drive to the expo center. The property is huge. Depending on what wing your assigned to you can have a short walk or a long 3-4 min walk to the tower rooms. The chlorine smell from the indoor pool (they also have an outdoor pool) fills the whole first level. The pool was heated and my kids enjoyed it. However the water was not clear so there could be an issue with their filter system. There was lots of people swimming and there was only a few towels available at a time. There would have been enough towels but people kept taking 2-3 towels each. The rooms were sleep able. The floors need cleaned as both the carpet and the tile had a sticky grease like feeling in one room and the bathroom was sticky in the other room. The carpet had been replaced in the one room. A steam mop instead of a floor wipe would be great! The beds were very firm and the pillows had a loss of loft. The pillows are half full so you have to stack a few to get some fluff. The shower was great! Nice water pressure and the hot water lasted a good bit. The online photos make it seem a bit more upscale than the in person view.

The pool could have been cleaner. It seems that this is an old building. Spider webs everywhere rusted and rotting metal. The ceiling was leaking and dripping water all over the floor causing a slip hazard. The bathtub looked like it had been taken out and put back in multiple times being reculked over and over again

This place was horrible! We changed our reservations as we entered the building. We only stayed because we could not back out day of. The pictures on-line for this hotel are completely inaccurate to its actual conduction. I’m pretty sure hookers come here, and I’m serious. Water was all over the floor, the building smelled like ciggerettes and pot. A woman was screaming at a baby in the hall while cussing at the top of her lungs. Water was dripping from the ceiling tiles in the lobby. The hair drier was rusted and the outlets didn’t work. This hotel needs to be burned down. The pool looked like milk, and the halls had bags of trash and food containers. We did not feel safe here and I could not understand the “English” of the woman at the desk. We walked all over trying to find our room because she was not comprehensive. Information about canceling our future reservations was explained 3 different ways depending who was at the desk. This was a total disaster. Also the rain did not work so the water filled the tub if showering. The carpets were disgusting and looked they were from 1980. They were ripped and there was rust on the windows. Don’t book here!
