Book a hotel near Jaywick Martello Tower, Clacton-on-Sea

"Dishonest host contacted us directly and cancelled our booking hours before travel with some silly excuse about paying too much money in fees to the booking website. Of course AFTER taking a damage deposit and added pet fees and late checkout fees which they said was fully refundable however when asking for my money back said that they had 14 days to return deposits as per the terms and conditions however NEVER RETURNED my money and read all my messages to them before they blocked my number! Hotels dot com intervened and issued a refund however only in one key cash points as they themselves were unable to contact the thieving caravan owners! Steer clear of this property at all cost "

"Exactly as described. Host was helpful and replied quickly. Great and precise directions to find caravan and easy to access the key. The staff on the park were all really friendly and upbeat and seemed to love working there!!!It was perfect for what we wanted / needed! "
