The hotel is just ok.

The staff is not all that helpful. Lots of attitude. They clearly don't understand their job is a service position at check in. The rooms are ok. They were clean. There is an indoor pool which was right below our window. People are in the pool until late into the evening. I would try another hotel when I go back to Jasper.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Jasper, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. While the property itself wasn’t particularly impressive, it served its purpose. The rooms felt dated, and although the pool and hot tub were decent, the exercise room had only one functioning piece of equipment. On the plus side, parking was straightforward with options both outside and in the garage. Prices were definitely steep for the level of comfort, but that’s expected in Jasper—and we were happy to support the local community.
