First, 2nd day check in was great the third staff was Andrea was rude she took money from my account and said she didn’t take any money from my account. So I called Expedia they called to resolve the issue to see what happened she picked the phone tried to pretend like no one was on the phone so when I told her I was on the phone with Expedia she refunded all my money. Overall it’s a clean quiet place just that issue made it an overall bad experience.

I arrived late, and the front desk was closed, so we couldn't check in. I had to spend an hour looking for another hotel. Hotels.com should warn people of this.

For the price Facility was very clean and felt safe. No roaches or stains or funky smells! Ideal for a safe clean bare minimum place to safely lay your head and not feel sketched out or gross. Definitely recommend!

This property charges a $100 deposit then they will charge you if the sheets get stained on the bed I am almost 70 years old had to walk up three flights of steps they had rooms available on the first floor did not offer I am very disappointed thank you
