Located on the building’s north end with an abundance of natural light not found in other units, Ocean Pearl offers unlimited ocean views, luxury vacation accommodations, and a location close to everything in Jacksonville Beach.

Our beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse corner unit is designed for comfort and style. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Step out onto the expansive private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the spectacular sunrise and sunset views.

Our Spaces

Living Room:

When not outside enjoying the sun & sand, we’re confident this is where you’ll spend your time. Aside from the furnishings, shiplap accent wall, & flat screen TV, you’ll find yourself immersed in Ocean Pearl’s panoramic views as far as your eyes can see. Go outside to the balcony - the views are even better.

Features include a comfortable Sofa, Swivel Chairs, Side Tables, Work Desk, 55" Samsung TV Equipped with Roku & YouTube TV (Live TV), & Board Games.

Dining Space:

The dining space in Ocean Pearl is convenient to the kitchen while still providing views of the ocean. The dining table seats four people, and whether you are cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or getting food delivered from a local restaurant, this space is ready to accommodate.

Primary Bedroom:

Ocean Pearl’s Primary Bedroom includes a King Bed, comfortable mattress and linens, bedside table and lamp, and exit to the wraparound balcony. The ensuite Primary Bath includes a raised single vanity, walk-in shower, and two closets, and towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and ironing board/iron are provided.

Secondary Bedroom:

The Secondary Bedroom includes a Queen Bed, comfortable mattress and linens, bedside table and lamp, and exit to a separate, private balcony. The Secondary Bath is just outside the Secondary Bedroom.

Kitchen:

The Kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals and stay nourished while at the Ocean Pearl. Appliances and features include Refrigerator, Electric Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave
Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster, Ice Trays, Dinnerware for 4 Guests, Cutlery, Pots, Pans & Bakeware
Variety of Glassware, and Coffee Mugs.

This place is stunning. Totally updated and equipped with everything you could want for a home away from home. Extra clean. The building has great security and the stairways and parking garage were neat and clean also. Great view of the beach and just steps away from the sand. Very walkable location. We loved it and will be returning.

The only word for this condo is STUNNING! The view is incredible - the whole front is glass and it feels like you could step directly into the ocean and the sand! The furnishings were beach chic and perfect for the setting. The hosts were so so thoughtful - left a welcome note and gifts and were in touch during our stay to ensure our comfort. They also made check in and check out exceptionally easy. In addition, there were many small touches to make life easier - a good supply of K cups with the fixings, bottled water in the fridge, zip lock bags for food storage, etc. etc. etc. They also have a destination guide they prepared that includes all the info you could possibly need that was sent out prior to checki n and a copy was provided in the condo as well. The covered parking underneath the building was a pleasant surprise and the location is incredibly close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We also appreciate the security features like keypad entrances to the garage and to the condo as well as security cameras. We loved both the condo and Jacksonville Beach - we will be back and will plan our trip around the availability of this condo again for our stay!

Ocean Pearl exceeded expectations!

We had the best vacation at the Ocean Pearl!  Walking in it's clear that Rob and Nancy take such great pride in their Vrbo. We have never stayed in one that was this clean - it was spotless! The best thing about the condo was the wrap around deck. We absolutely loved sitting out first thing in the morning watching all the action on the beach. At night we would sit there watching lightning storms and we also had a gorgeous full moon! It was very quiet there due in part that it's on the top floor and it's a corner unit. The kitchenware is top of the line and everything you need is there, including coffee and a great coffee maker. They also have beautiful white plush towels and big plush beach towels. Everything that was provided looked brand new. The condo looks exactly like the photos. We fell in love with Jacksonville Beach! This Vrbo is so close to everything and there are tons of restaurants to explore. We highly recommend the Ocean Pearl and would definitely rent again!!
