Great location walking distance to the Jax beach restaurants. Literally “steps” away from the beach. Great house and pool. Recommended if going to Jax Beach!

This was our second year to stay in the house. It was very nice and had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well equipped. There plenty of towels. The pool area was nice. We will definitely stay there again.

The check in process was smooth and easy. The house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels for inside and outside. Nice kitchen space and plenty of room for the family to eat. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Great pool in the backyard very well maintained. The garage was a great size with all the beach items you need. Plenty of chairs, coolers, umbrella, and boogie boards for the kids. Also two bicycles for our use. We had a great stay. Excellent location one block from the beach and walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Communication with the host was great and very helpful. Would love to stay again sometime.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot! We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need, from great restaurants to local shops. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and stocked with everything needed for a fun, stress-free getaway. We loved the private pool, and the added extras like bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys were a huge bonus. The hosts were amazing—so friendly, easy to reach, and truly wanted us to have the best time. I felt like they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. There was also plenty of parking, which made things even more convenient. I will definitely rent through them again. This place made our vacation everything we hoped for and more!

We had a fantastic time at this home in Jacksonville Beach! The house is large, clean, and modern. The beach is just a block away and the pool was perfect for lounging. Absolutely no complaints!

Jax Vacation

The townhouse was great for our family. It was clean and convenient to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery stores and restaurants.They provided a lot of the necessities such as paper products, detergents and trash bags so we didn't have to purchase them. The cooler, beach chairs and beach toys were a nice touch. We did have a few issues with the pool and refrigerator but the management team was quick to respond. We will stay here again if we return to the area.

Great Beach House

Booked this property for a family gathering and it was ideal. The house was well stocked for all our needs including baby gates for the stairs. Short easy walk to the beach and having the pool option was great. All areas are gated and safe for toddlers. You can walk to a few restaurants but others are a close drive!

Surf Camp Stay

This was an absolutely amazing stay. By far the best VRBO we have booked for this trip. My family takes an annual trip to Jax Beach for surf camp every year. This house accommodated everyone (4 adults and 5 children under the age of 13) easily. The pool was the perfect size. The bed rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning, we could even see the water if we tilted our heads off the balcony. It was so easy to get to surf camp every morning. The beach was just a short walk in the afternoons. We loved getting to ride the beach bikes into town for a date. I would highly recommend this home for large families or groups. It was absolutely perfect! Everything we wanted.
