Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave all bedding, bath and kitchen towels right where they are. Housekeeping will take care of those. Please wash, dry and return all used beach towels to the bucket near the front door.
Take all garbage out and place it in the container located in the south end of the parking lot. Please return the parking and pool pass keys to the kitchen along with the gate remote.
If you have any dirty dishes please run a cycle prior to your departure. Don’t worry if they are not dry. We will take care of that.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our two mini Goldendoodles. We enjoyed sunrises from the balcony & the beach view. The condo was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you would need from beach gear to cooking supplies. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the layout was very nice with the rooms upstairs providing more living space downstairs. Both bedrooms were cozy with very clean and updated bathrooms. First condo we stayed at with good pans and knives for cooking. :) great views and lots of green area where kids enjoyed playing. We’ll be keeping this one liked for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect as it is oceanfront. The condo was extremely clean and included everything we would need being away from home. It is located is a very safe area and we enjoyed walking our pet. We will stay here again in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

Terrific experience

We loved our stay at Sailmaker. The location is ideal and the property had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the owner was great with his communications. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Clean Condo in the Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and appeared to be recently updated. There were 5 adults and 2 dogs in our group and we felt we had plenty of space. The resort is very dog friendly, has a nice (and close) beach access, and the pool was clean with plenty of shade. Not too far from downtown which is a plus. The host was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. We hope to return again soon!
