While the hotel itself is new and has very good security, the beds are super hard. I found it more comfortable to sleep in the chair. That is the only reason I am giving a lower score.

Room was immaculate. The room was almost sterile. The smell of cleaners was a little overpowering in the entry and hallways. But not as noticeable in the room. I had to ask for an extra set of towels. Room slept 4, but only 2 sets were in the bathroom. One bar of soap. Had to ask for shampoo for my kiddos that forgot theirs. The office was locked down when i got up the next morning, and the automated coffee machine had no cups available...when i went and found one in my car, i found that it didnt work. The water wasnt working in the gym. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mid size fridge, two burners and a kitchen sink in the room...but there were no dishes or cups. I dont know if i could have gotten some at the front desk or not... i would stay here again. No frills, but it appeared new and clean. I would bring a coffee mug next time, and some instant coffee...

If you’re looking for hospitality this place is not it. It is new so it is clean, close to fast food and I 40. We booked for two nights and had to get our key cards reactively each day, does not work well when the front desk is closed after 10pm.

Only one chair in the room. Very few amenities No hand towels, hair dryer, coffee was out of cups 6 am till 8. Room was clean staff was polite More for people who spend a week or more and bring there own kitchen and bath items

My affordable go to in Jackson Tn

Brand new, maybe a month or two old. Extended stay , kitchenettes, no breakfast but perfect for overnight or longer. Comfortable, clean. Front desk clerk available after 11 pm by phone and she comes to the door and lets you in.

Suite Wood In The Springs

It all started with the smile and immediate greeting from the front desk agent Brianna. Upon entering the property it just felt like home. My room was very comfortable and cozy for which I slept like a newborn.

I travel 20+ weeks a year and I am disappointed that this hotel is a Choice Hotel. This not a hotel that senior citizens should stay in. First, it mainly is filled with construction workers and parking lot was filled with dump trucks, delivery trucks and other vehiles that made it hard to park. The next issues are the rooms. The mattresses after you get thru 2 inches of soft material felt like box springs. The other issue deals with the one piece tub/shower. The tub is so deep that my wife was scatrf to try and step out of it. There are no grab bars to hold on to stepping out of the tub.

Nice Hotel

All was nice except the room did not have blackout drapes, only blinds. The lights from the parking lot made my room too bright at night.
